The key ingredient in this formula is 7% Glycolic Acid, a well-researched alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) known for its exfoliating properties. Glycolic acid works by removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, which helps to brighten the complexion and reveal fresh, new skin underneath. In addition to glycolic acid, the toner also contains a plant-derived Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative, which helps to calm and soothe the skin. The toner has a pH of approximately 3.6, which is ideal for optimizing the effectiveness of glycolic acid. Apply once daily, ideally in the evening. Use a cotton pad or your fingers to gently apply the toner to your face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and direct contact with eyes.
For use on the scalp, apply three times a week. Tilt your head back and use the nozzle to dispense the product from the front to the back of your head in a sweeping motion. Massage well into the scalp. Do not rinse off.
This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), which may increase skin sensitivity to the sun and the risk of sunburn. Always use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterward.
